How to make a payment
AUTOMATIC AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
To set up your new automatic online payment, enroll through our mobile app or Online Banking platform at fourleaffcu.com.
Third-party Payments
Members can set up their home loan payment through a third-party entity once they receive their new home loan number. You will need the following information to set up a payment from another financial institution:
- New Home Loan Account Number: You can find this number listed on your most recent statement or on the home loan platform in online banking.
- Mailing Address: FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, Attn: Member Servicing, P.O. Box 11733 Newark, New Jersey 07101-4733
- Home Loan Payment Routing #: 231271365. Please note this is different from our deposit account routing number.

If you need your account number and routing number to set up a loan payment, you can find your new account number on your intro letter, statements, and through online banking.
If you are setting up payments from an outside institution, you’ll need to use this specific payment routing number for home loans: 231271365
Yes, you may be charged insufficient funds fees by your financial institution if the funds are not available on the scheduled payment date.
Your FourLeaf Membership Savings Account numbers are on your monthly or quarterly statements, or you can get them by visiting a branch or making a virtual branch appointment with a valid government-issued ID.
Log in to online banking and click on ‘Manage/Pay a Home Loan’ to be automatically directed to the home loan online banking portal.
You can access your home loan account(s) through our online platform, if you have already registered for online banking:
- STEP 1: Go to fourleaffcu.com and login using your username and password.
- STEP 2: Select “Loan Center” and then click on “Manage/Pay A Home Loan” from the drop-down menu.
- STEP 3: Select the account you would like to manage/pay.
- STEP 4: Select “View my home loan dashboard.” From there, you can easily review and manage your home loan account(s).
IMPORTANT: If you have not registered for online banking yet, please follow these steps to do so:
- STEP 1: Go to fourleaffcu.com and click “Login.”
- STEP 2: Click “Register a New Account.”
- STEP 3: Read the disclosure and check “I Agree.” Then click “Continue.”
- STEP 4: Fill in the information to confirm your identity.
- STEP 5: Select from the listed options how you would like to verify your identity.
- STEP 6: Enter the verification code that you received.
- STEP 7: Create a username and password.
- STEP 8: Select Confirm your contact information and click “Continue” to accept the agreement.

Home Equity FAQs
To withdraw funds from your HELOC, you can utilize one of the following options:
- Write a check using the disbursement checks that were mailed to you. You can use this option to transfer funds to your checking or savings account by writing a check to yourself and using Mobile Check Deposit to deposit the funds in your deposit account.
- Request a transfer of your HELOC funds to your FourLeaf deposit account when you visit your local branch, schedule a virtual branch appointment, or call the main FourLeaf contact center at 800-628-7070. Funds will be visible in your FourLeaf deposit account the day of your request, but there will be a 2-3 business-day hold until the funds are fully processed, and the transfer is complete. There is a $1000 minimum transfer request requirement for this disbursement option.
Please note that the quickest way to receive your funds is to write a home equity check and deposit it at one of our branches or through mobile banking.

You can utilize the checks that you received to disburse funds from your HELOC loan. The time it takes to process and clear your check(s) will vary by financial institution.
Payments less than $10,000 made before 9:00PM (ET) will be posted as available credit on your account after 9:00PM (ET) that day. Those made after 9:00PM will be posted the next business day after 9:00PM. Payments that are $10,000 or more will not be posted to your account for 10 business days.
