Frequently asked questions

Video appointments are conducted via Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom application on your mobile device or have access to Zoom on a computer. A meeting link will be provided by email or text message.

Yes. You can add another party by forwarding the meeting invitation link you received via email to them.

Yes. A working camera is required for all video appointments, and you must be visible on camera during the session.

Yes. All accounts, except business accounts, can be opened through the virtual branch, including savings, checking, certificates, and other account types.

All account signers must have an unexpired, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). You must be prepared to show your ID on camera at the beginning of the appointment.

In some cases, we may request additional documents to verify your identity. This may include a second form of identification, proof of address, or other information needed to open your account.

Your meeting link will be sent via email and/or text message if you opted into text notifications. Please check your spam or junk folder, as the email may sometimes be filtered there.

For a student account, if the child will be a signer on the account, a copy of their birth certificate or a valid student ID will be required during the call, and the child must be present. If the child will not be a signer, the custodian must be able to provide the child’s Social Security number and date of birth.

All appointment times are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
