Stephanie Trentacoste McNally, MD
Medical Director, Katz Institute for Women’s Health
Vice President, OB/GYN, Central Region

Stephanie Trentacoste McNally, MD, holds a unique and synergistic role at Northwell Health. She is the Vice President of the OB/GYN Service Line, the Associate Regional Ambulatory Physician Executive, and the Director of OB/GYN Services at the Katz Institute for Women’s Health. In this position, Dr. McNally effectuates change across multiple disciplines to bring about the best clinical outcomes with the highest quality and innovative initiatives, and creates multi-disciplinary women’s health care centers.

Dr. McNally has been a featured lecturer within the industry and has been invited to give webinars and grand rounds at regional, national, and international meetings. She is an Associate Professor at Hofstra University Zucker School of Medicine.

Dr. McNally continues to build programs as the system clinical lead for the Center for Menopause and Midlife Health. She is also working to create a standard of care in the perimenopause and menopausal space, from treatment to research. Additionally, Dr. McNally co-founded and co-directs Northwell Health’s first female physician leadership program. The CALLS (Career Advancement Learning Leadership and Strategy) Program is Northwell’s first two-tiered program for mentors and high-level advocates for female physicians 2 – 5 years out of training.

Kristina Hartman, MS, RD, CDN

Registered Dietitian, Katz Institute for Women’s Health

Kristina Hartman is a Registered Dietitian from the Katz Institute for Women’s Health. Kristina received her bachelor’s degree in biology from SUNY Oneonta and her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Hunter College. She is passionate about empowering women to improve their health through diet and lifestyle. Her special areas of interest include women’s hormonal conditions such as PCOS and diabetes. Kristina works with women individually for nutrition counseling and also participates in community events and educational sessions.
