Who is CULA?
FourLeaf has partnered with Credit Union Leasing of America (“CULA”) to assist with the servicing of your lease and they are the owner and lessor of the vehicle. Contact CULA for assistance with the termination and vehicle return process.

You may purchase the vehicle using your own funds or by obtaining financing with a lender of your choice. FourLeaf offers low-rate financing for current lessees with no mileage penalties or wear-and-tear charges!

You may trade in the current leased vehicle at a dealership of your choice to purchase or lease another vehicle.

You may return the vehicle at the end of your lease by coordinating with CULA.

Apply for a FourLeaf Auto Loan

You may purchase the vehicle using your own funds or by obtaining financing with a lender of your choice. To purchase the vehicle, you’ll want to obtain a payoff quote by calling FourLeaf Lease Servicing at 855-388-9504.

FourLeaf offers low-rate financing for current lessees with no mileage penalties or wear-and-tear charges! Apply for an auto loan by either:

  • Calling 800-628-7070 and following the prompts to apply for an auto loan
  • Or apply online today! Be sure to select “Used” auto and then “CULA Lease Buyout – FourLeaf Lease” from the drop-down menu under the section “Why are you applying for this loan?”

Dealer Trade In

You may trade in the current leased vehicle at a dealership of your choice to purchase or lease another vehicle.

Dealers should contact FourLeaf Lease Servicing at 855-388-9504 to obtain a payoff quote or the number of remaining payments due under the lease.

  • If you are trading in the vehicle at a dealership, it is your responsibility to ensure that any agreement or arrangements the dealership made with you, regarding final payments or charges on your existing lease, or otherwise, are fulfilled.
  • Once CULA has completed the process of terminating your lease, you will receive a final bill for any outstanding charges and fees, if applicable. The timing of the final bill will depend on whether your lease completed the full term or was terminated early.†

Return the Vehicle (End-of-Lease Turn In)

You may return the vehicle at the end of your lease by coordinating with CULA. Please note that a vehicle inspection is required.

For an efficient turn-in process:
  • Contact CULA at least 3 weeks before your termination date to schedule the required vehicle inspection. You can call CULA at 800-878-5400 ext. 0 or email them at turnin@cula.com.
  • Ensure all of your regular lease payments have been satisfied. If you need assistance confirming this, please contact FourLeaf Lease Servicing at 855-388-9504.
  • Arrange with CULA to have the vehicle picked up at your home, office, or other convenient location. A final inspection will be completed and if anything is found you will be notified by CULA.
  • Once CULA has completed the process of terminating your lease, you will receive a final bill from FourLeaf for any remaining charges and fees (if applicable). The timing of the final bill will depend on whether your lease completed the full term or was terminated early.†

Your lease agreement specifies the terms under which you may purchase your vehicle. The purchase price includes a purchase option fee, the outstanding principal balance, accrued interest, any applicable late charges, and any fees or taxes imposed by the transaction. This information can be found in your lease agreement. If you purchase your vehicle, you will not be charged for excess wear and use or a mileage penalty fee. To confirm your pay-off amount, please call FourLeaf Lease Servicing at 855-388-9504.

As noted in your lease agreement, a disposition fee is charged at the end of your lease if you do not purchase the vehicle. This fee cannot be waived.

Please refer to your lease agreement for information on charges that might be imposed for excessive wear and tear.

CULA and FourLeaf want your leasing experience to be a positive one. Your CULA representative will work with you to ensure that you thoroughly understand your bill and resolve your questions.

No, you will not receive a refund for not using all of your allotted miles.

As part of your lease agreement, you agreed to pay FourLeaf a specific number of monthly payments. Returning your vehicle early does not relieve you of this obligation.

The vehicle can be removed from your insurance policy after the below actions have been completed:

  • CULA vehicle inspection is complete, and the results have been provided to you
  • All of your regular lease payments have been satisfied
  • The vehicle has been successfully picked up by CULA
  • The vehicle turn-in receipt has been completed and returned

After your vehicle inspection is complete and all of your regular lease payments have been satisfied, arrange with CULA to have the vehicle picked up at your home, office, or other convenient location. Important: Your vehicle must be turned in by your termination date.

Disclosures and Information

† Returning or trading in the leased vehicle early (on or before your last payment due date and every lease payment has not been made), will be considered an early termination and will follow the early termination process as outlined in your lease agreement.
