As part of this ongoing commitment, we are transitioning all home loan servicing to a new service provider, FourLeaf Real Estate Loan Servicing, beginning July 1, 2025.
The transition will enable several enhancements to our members’ home loan servicing options, including extended service hours and a more robust online banking experience with more information about your home loan and additional payment services. Below you will find some frequently asked questions and further information on how this will impact your home loan, including urgent steps that must be taken to update your July loan payment.

Update Your Payments
All home loan payments due on or after July 1 must be sent to FourLeaf Real Estate Loan Servicing.
- Reset Automatic Payments:
Stop or cancel your current automatic payments – they will not carry over to your new loan. - Mail Your July Payment:
We recommend mailing your July payment to ensure it is processed on time and using our Payment Guide to update your future payment settings. - Update Payments Early:
Update your automatic payments in online banking after July 9 or submit your new ACH form anytime – it will be processed after the transition is complete on July 9.
Late fees will not apply until after August 31, 2025.
Temporary Online Access Outage
- Starts: Monday, June 30 at 8:00 PM (ET)
Ends: Wednesday, July 9, 2025 - During this time, you won’t be able to view or manage your loan online. A new, upgraded system will be available when service resumes.

Next month you will be able to do even more with your home loan online! Check out some of our enhanced online capabilities:

- Manage auto payments and make one-time ACH payments online

Please note that the payment address for your home loan is changing next month. All home loan payments due on or after July 1 need to be updated or they will not be processed correctly.

AUTOMATIC AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
- All online and automatic payments scheduled on or after July 1 should be canceled and reestablished with our new payment information and your new account number. This includes automatic payments that are deducted from your FourLeaf checking/savings account, as well as those paid through Bill Pay.
- For those payments due on July 1, please mail payment to the address listed under “Mail”.
- To set up your new automatic online payment, complete the ACH Authorization Form that you receive in the mail and return it to the address indicated on the form, or enroll through our mobile app or online banking platform at fourleaffcu.com after July 9.
You will be notified with a confirmation when your automatic payment is set up. Please be sure to mail your payments in until you receive your automatic payment setup confirmation.
Third-Party Payments: Members can set up their home loan payment through a third-party entity (e.g., government allotment, bi-weekly, or bill pay service) once they receive their new home loan number. Members who closed on their home loan prior to May 31 will be provided a new loan number in their Change of Service Notification. Members that closed after June 1 will receive a welcome letter with their new loan number. The difference between FourLeaf FCU Processing Center and FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is the mailing address for payment processing. There is also an enhanced system functionality through FourLeaf Federal Credit Union’s loan servicing system.
No, you will receive one 1098 at the end of the year.
No, your lender is still FourLeaf Federal Credit Union. We have partnered with a new servicer who will provide statements, account maintenance and enhanced member services.
Yes. Your loan will be reported to the appropriate bureaus as closed and transferred. Your transferred loan will appear on your credit report within 90 days.
If you need your account number or a copy of your Service Transfer Notice you can visit a branch, make a virtual branch or phone appointment or fill out the contact us form below and note that you need a copy of your letter. After July 9, you will be able to see access your new account number on your statements and through online banking.

If you missed your July payment, we encourage you to make a payment as soon as possible. While we transition to Real Estate Loan Servicing, late fees will not be imposed until August 31. If you need to speak to someone about your payment, please call 866-399-2586.
If you need your account number and routing number to set up a loan payment, you can find your new account number on your intro letter, statements, and through online banking.
Yes, you may be charged insufficient funds fees by your financial institution if the funds are not available on the scheduled payment date.
Yes, you must re-establish your payment with your new loan number from your FourLeaf checking or savings account by July 31, 2025. Please use our payment guide for more information on setting up your automatic payment.
Yes, please update your recurring home loan payment info before July 1. If not updated, your payment will still debit your account but won’t apply to your loan and will fail. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
You can find your new account number on your welcome letter. If you don’t have it handy, stop by a branch, schedule a virtual branch or phone appointment, or reach out to us. Home Equity FAQs
Yes, you will receive new checks with your new home loan account number prior to June 30, which you can use moving forward. Please then destroy all checks with your old check number.
You will receive replacement checks with a new account number prior to July 31, 2025. You should begin using these checks immediately upon receipt. These new checks will have an account number unrelated to your loan for increased protection.
Please destroy any checks with your old loan number once you have received your new checks. If you would like to transfer funds to your checking or savings account, we encourage you to deposit one of these checks at a branch or utilize Mobile Check Deposit for a quick and convenient way to move your funds.
