Activate your debit card by calling 800-992-3808 or visit any branch location.

Concerned about unknown charges or need to dispute a transaction on your FourLeaf Mastercard Debit Card?
Contact our Call Center at 1-800-628-7070 or visit your
local branch to initiate a dispute or fraud claim.

For FourLeaf Credit Card disputes or suspected fraud, please call 1-866-820-3847.
Please note: Credit card disputes must be initiated by phone; local branches cannot process claims.

You can now conveniently reset the PIN for your FourLeaf debit or credit card through Online Banking:

For debit cards, you can also visit your local branch to reset your PIN at any time.

Please note: Credit card PINs cannot be changed or created in a branch. To set or change your FourLeaf credit card PIN by phone, call 866-820-3847.

If you’ve exceeded the maximum number of PIN attempts (3), even after resetting your PIN, it may take up to 24 hours for the lockout to clear.
